PVC Material Air-transportable Salt Spray Test Chamber for Surface Corrosion Tolerance Testing
1. Application
The units of salt spray test chambers allow selective and reproducible accelerated corrosion testing complying with the requirements of relevant national and international standards such as DIN, ISO, EN, IEC, ASTM, DEF, MIL-STD, etc.
The wide opening test chamber hood allows for loading heavy or bulky test specimens from the top. Two standard sizes are available
Salt water spray test chamber is widely used in Corrosion resistance test for products after treated by plating, anodized, spraying, and anti-rust, to test the surface treatment of various materials. Those so-called treatments include coating, electroplating, and films of organic and non-organic materials, anodizing, anti-rest oil and corrosion resistant treatment, which may achieve the purpose of keeping the items from being corroded for a longer period.

4. Control System
1) Laboratory temperature control: Control the temperature of the lab, and it set depend on the standard temperature.
2) Timer : programmable 0.1-999hr,can set the test time arbitrarily, and close down automatically.
3) The temperature controller of the heat sink: Control the temperature, it control the around temperature of the test by coordinating the temperature of the laboratory, it will adjust when temperature variation is too large, and the setting pattern place in the control box.
4) Power switch: The light warped plate type, control the whole machine.
5) Operating switch: The light warped plate type, control the heating system of the heating through and the saturated air barrel.
6) Timer switch: The light warped plate type, control the time controller.
7) The left side Low water alarm lamp: Water level below the lower limit of heat sink, then the light on, and cut off the operating system.
